I’m new to Yoga What Pass should I choose and what are the costs?

2 Week Intro Offer is Unlimited Yoga for 2 Weeks (14 Days) $20 – This pass offers a little taster
6 Week Intro Offer is Unlimited Yoga for 6 Weeks (42 Days) $99 – This pass offers a bigger taster to really feel and notice the many benefits of a regular practice

Can I suspend my Introductory Pass?

The Introductory Passes run for consecutive 14 days or 6 weeks. We suggest starting when you have the time to dive in and make the most of your pass.

What do you mean by 'Unlimited Yoga'?

It means you can practice as much as you like, whenever you like. In fact we'd love for you to come to as many classes as you can to trial the different class styles and teachers during the course of your Pass.

How do I purchase the Introductory Offer?

Online purchasing is available so you can arrive to class with ease. Otherwise payment can be made in person on arrival of your first class.

What sort of payment do you accept in-studio?

Cash or credit/debit card

When do I buy the pass?

You can buy the pass ahead of time. It will not activate until your first class.‬

Do I have to pre-book before attending a class?

No, you're welcome to just turn up. If you like to pre-plan your schedule feel free to pre-book using the app/website.‬

Do you have Concession pricing?

Yes we do! Concession rates are available for full-time students, pensioners and seniors only. Please bring along your value concession card into studio for purchase.‬

Is yoga suitable for me?

I've never done yoga before. Can I still attend?

Yes!! At Living Flow we believe yoga is for everyone and have a variety of classes for you to explore. We do have different class types however encourage you to try the different classes and teachers to find what resonates for you.

I'm injured, can I still do yoga?

We recommend getting clearance from your Health Care Professional first.

I'm not flexible, can I still do yoga?

Yes, we all start somewhere. Yoga is about so much more than just flexibility. Come along and discover the many benefits of yoga; calming, revitalising, relaxing, gaining physical and mental strength and flexibility, finding peace of mind and so much more…

Are kids allowed?

Only children aged 16 and over are welcome to attend yoga classes with a parent or guardian.

I’m pregnant, can I still attend?

Yes. We do recommend getting clearance from your Health Care Professional first. Our Pregnancy Yoga class is a great place to begin and is open to all stages of pregnancy.

When can I join Mums and Bubs?

We suggest waiting six weeks post birth. Then come along and enjoy a yoga practice in a relaxed environment. It’s okay if you need to feed or change a nappy, this is your time to start moving your body, interact with your baby and connect with some other mothers. (No ramp access for prams)

Your first visit

What do I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

We have complimentary mats available for use. Alternatively feel free to bring your own mat along to practice on.

Arrival time?

Please arrive before class start time as classes start promptly.

The studio

Where are you?

We are located at Suite 5/6-8 Holden St Ashfield. We are on the corner of Holden Street and Norton Street, right next door to Slater & Gordon.
Entrance to the studio is via the terrace where you will see our Living Flow Yoga A-frame sign.

Where should I park?

Parking can be found on the surrounding streets or the rooftop of Ashfield Mall offers 3 hour free parking.

What facilities are available?

We have change rooms, pigeon holes for your personal belongings and tea available. Bathrooms are on the premises, however we do not have showers.

Are the classes heated?

The studio is heated in winter to a comfortable temperature. In hot weather the studio is air-conditioned.

Can I pop in at any time to see the studio?

Our studio opens 30min before each class start time so if you'd like to visit our space we suggest coming along around class times

Can I bring a pram?

We don’t have ramp access and have stairs so suggesting bringing your baby in a carrier.
