Through a series of Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations) you will warm, strengthen and align your entire body. Serving as an all-purpose yoga tool this meditative practice will give you a renewed alertness throughout your body and mind; anytime.
Yin Chill Pill
A short yin session where we will stimulate all meridians and at the end, feel chilled.
