About Natalie Ristoski
Natalie is a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher who passionately inspires expression through mindful movement. She guides students through a dynamic flow, allowing them to shift energy, tap into their inner world and explore the sensory body. Natalie engages students using breath, alignment and flow to help them find freedom in their bodies & minds. Students will leave Natalie's class feeling invigorated & inspired or peaceful & grounded.
Natalie practiced yoga for 4 years before graduating from the InYoga Foundational Vinyasa Training with Nicole Walsh in 2014. She has since completed the InYoga Intermediate Vinyasa Training, Art of Alignment and Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Melanie McLaughlin.
How it all began
Natalie’s yoga journey began in 2010. Working in a fast paced, high stress fashion job she found haven in the heated yoga room. It gave her a chance to pause, be present in her body, flow and breathe...fully. Eight years later, and it’s still the feeling of connection that keeps Natalie on the mat. Natalie believes yoga allows us to connect to our true nature and when doing so we are able to make decisions that best serve and empower us to live our uttermost desired path authentically.
After training to become a yoga teacher in July 2014, Natalie’s passion to inspire people to find a deeper connection within themselves. She believes our yoga mats act as our mirror and if we can find freedom in our bodies and minds on the mat, we too can find freedom off our mat and in our everyday lives.
Yoga has been a huge catalyst for change in Natalie’s life and in April 2015 she left her 13 year corporate career to embark yoga teaching full time. Natalie teaches at Living Flow Yoga Ashfiled (her very own studio!) and she hopes to uplift and inspire students to discover and step into a more authentic version of themselves.
