7am at Pratten Park, Ashfield
Initially created for those who joined us for our first Run Yogi workshop in 2019, our weekly Saturday run has become part of our community.
It takes place every Saturday at Pratten Park, Ashfield at 7am. It’s a 20-minute run and is really accessible even for beginners! The first level is a 1 minute run at 180 beats per minute, and a 1-minute walk and so on until you reach the magic 20-minute mark. Then it’s a quick warm down and on to the 8am Flow at the studio ✨😁
