Our second workshop of our Living the Limbs Series
Sunday, November 7 from 12:30pm to 2pm
Inspired from our recent workshop: The Inner Compass, we’re inviting you to take a deeper journey with us and learn how to navigate the day-to-day infused with ancient yogic wisdom.
Through a series of accessible workshops, we’ll explore each of The 8 Limbs of Yoga. You’ll learn how, even in modern day life, you can use yogic principles and practices to strengthen your foundation and create more peace in your life.
We’ve designed each workshop as stand alone teachings with a guided themed yoga practice, accompanied by an insightful discussion. Whether you’re excited to dive into each workshop, or just tune in when you feel the yearning, is totally up to you.
Join Natalie, live-stream, on Sunday, the 7th November for Living Soulfully, a 90-minute workshop and the second session of our Living the Limbs Series which will explore Niyamas.
The Niyamas encourage us to engage with ourselves as consciously as we can, so we can notice the places in our lives where we’re out of sync with our true nature and steer ourselves back on track to living a soulful life. Through asana practice, stimulating discussion and reflective exercises this workshop will re-establish a deep connection to self and empower you with principles to help you take better care of yourself. The knowledge of the Niyamas will allow you to explore this self inquiry, with patience and generosity anytime.
This is a free offering for Living Flow Members (if you are on a current and active annual unlimited or fortnightly access pass) and for non-members tickets are just $22.
– Sunday, November 7, 12:30pm to 2pm
– Members – FREE
– Non-members – $22
All yogis welcome, from curious beginners to eager practitioners.
Remember, there’s no need to have participated in The Inner Compass workshop, nor any subsequent sessions. If Living Soulfully has piqued your curiosity, we’d love for you to join us. We’ve designed each workshop within the series as stand alone teachings with a guided themed practice, accompanied by an insightful discussion. Whether you’re excited to dive into each workshop, or just tune in when you feel the yearning, is totally up to you.
