Join us for a free 20min run | 7am Saturdays
This is what you can expect:
– 20min run program alternating between 1 min run/1 min walk (progressively building)
– Learn how to run effectively (@run.180)
– Enjoy the fun of running in a group
– Dose up on feel good endorphins!
