When we’re well rested we do our best work, for our families, in our jobs and for ourselves!
We invite you to a nourishing evening of iRest Yoga Nidra ~ integrative restoration for your body, mind and spirit. Integrative Restoration (iRest) is a modern adaptation of the ancient meditative practice of Yoga Nidra and can help to reduce depression, lessen anxiety, and increase health, resilience and well-being.
During this special 45 minute class we will enter receptive states of deep relaxation, rest and meditation while remaining awake and aware. More than just a power nap, iRest taps into our innate intelligence, intrinsic clarity and deepest, heartfelt intentions, helping us move beyond our self-limiting beliefs toward our most expansive, creative, vibrantly alive and productive selves.
Louise is an iRest Level 1 Teacher and Yoga Teacher. She is passionate about supporting people to deeply rest and nurture themselves so they may remember and reconnect with their true and essential nature of well-being.
Join us monthly on Sundays at 7pm for some bliss.
