Mums & Bubs Thursday Morning Classes
Mums and bubs yoga is for parents and their babies up to 12 months old. It’s an excellent way for mothers and babies to bond and for new mums to get back in touch with their body.
Classes focus on improving strength and relieving sore muscles, while interacting with bub in a playful way.
