Vinyasa Flow Foundations Workshop
Want to build confidence and improve precision in your yoga practice?
In this 2.5 hour workshop, Kaycee & Natalie will breakdown the fundamental aspects of a vinyasa flow yoga class. You will learn the alignment of each key pose and explore the variations and modifications available to you so you can personalise your practice and feel empowered in an open class setting.
In a relaxed, down-to-earth setting we will focus on the key poses and transitions that are found in a vinyasa flow yoga class so you can learn:
- Joint position and alignment
- The muscles to engage
- The muscles to stretch
- The breath
Perfect if you’re new to yoga or ready to refine & learn subtle tips to create a healthy & sustainable practice.
Kaycee brings an in-depth knowledge of anatomy from five years tertiary study so this is a wonderful opportunity to bring your questions and receive one-on-one guidance. The workshop will include demonstrations, discussion and experiential movement.
