Inspired from our recent workshop: The Inner Compass, we’re inviting you to take a deeper journey with us and traverse these challenging times with more direction and ease.
Through a series of accessible workshops, we’ll explore each of The 8 Limbs of Yoga. You’ll learn how, even in modern day life, you can use yogic principles and practices to strengthen your foundation and create more peace in your life.
We’ve designed each workshop as stand alone teachings with a guided themed yoga practice, accompanied by an insightful discussion. Whether you’re excited to dive into each workshop, or just tune in when you feel the yearning, is totally up to you.
Join Natalie, live-stream, on Sunday, the 22nd of August for Practicing the Yamas, a 90-minute workshop and the very first of our Living the Limbs Series.
The Yamas ask us to be more mindful, aware and deliberate with the way we move through the world and relate to others. You’ll feel inspired to consider your role with more sensitivity and in turn, you will be reminded that it is our relationships which form the basis of our yogic path – and life itself.
This is a free offering for Living Flow Members (if you are on a current and active annual unlimited or fortnightly access pass) and for non-members tickets are just $22.
