Myofascial Release Workshop

Join Sam for a two hour deep dive into Myofascial Release. Short & sweet, fascia is the connective tissue encompassing most of the tissues within the body, and our repetitive movements, stress, hydration levels and injuries can all lead to dysfunction in the fascial chain.

Discover simple techniques using massage balls & yoga blocks that can lead to increased levels of ease in the body, improved joint range of motion, nervous system regulation, decreased pain & improved athletic performance.

You’ll leave the workshop feeling rejuvenated & restored with a toolbox of techniques that you can go back to anytime.

If you have myofascial balls already, please bring them along, otherwise we’ll also be providing tennis balls which are perfect for this workshop.

Myofascial release (MFR) can be safe for everyone from athletes to beginner yogis. If you have any serious medical conditions please consult your medical practitioner first.
