Enjoy experiencing the perfect running form for your body and create more spring in your step and a body free from injury. 

During Run Yogi – Run 180 you’ll learn which asana to focus on in your personal practice to make your running lighter and easier. Take your running to a new level and learn how to harness an effective running cadence/rhythm. If you are a first-time runner, or out to improve on your most recent personal best, Rachel will guide you to running with ease and even provide you with a free virtual running assessment.
