In this 90-minute live-stream workshop you’ll learn how to channel the subtle paths to cultivate more calm and connection. Through pranayama, meditation and gentle asana you will experience and discover more about the layers of your being (koshas), and experience practices to connect to your breath-body (pranamaya kosha), and mind-body (manamaya kosha) to access more expanded states.

No meditation or pranayama experience is necessary, just a curiosity and an open mind.
