Your local yoga studio…

Living Flow Yoga is a light-filled studio with good vibes all around and located in Ashfiled, NSW.

It’s a simple space with the main yoga studio (including an area to store your shoes as you walk in), and a back-section which houses a complimentary tea station, cube storage for personal belongings, yoga props, two change rooms and our small retail section. You’ll also have access to toilet facilities.

The studio has been purpose built with yoga-friendly flooring and panel heaters at the ready for the cooler months. We often have fresh flowers, candles and palo santo burning to enhance the entire experience.

We’re located not far from Ashfield Mall at 5/6-8 Holden St, Ashfield NSW 2131. There is ample street parking around the neighbourhood & free 3-hour parking above Ashfield Mall.

No matter if you work or live in Ashfield and the surrounding suburbs of Inner West Sydney, you’ll find a yoga practice to suit your lifestyle at Living Flow Yoga. And with the addition of live-stream alongside our studio time-table, you can practice yoga anywhere!

If you’re looking for a yoga studio close to where you call home, the studio is walking distance from Summer Hill, Ashbury and Croydon. For those needing to travel a little further and an all-inclusive, friendly yoga studio is what you seek, you’ll find the drive is between 10 and 15 minutes from Croydon Park, Enfield, Dulwich Hill, Petersham, Burwood, Campsie and Canterbury.

Parking can be found on the street or at Ashfield Mall. Free 3-hour parking is available at the very top of the mall with parking belonging to the Ashfield civic centre. (Just be sure you enter either via Holden St or Norton St via the upwards ramp.)
